Coating & Jacketing
Coating and jacketing fabrics available at Backstitch are warm and hard-wearing, ranging from boiled wool to tweed. Tweed is a medium to heavy weight, fluffy, woollen, twill weave fabric. Twill is a weave showing a diagonal line on the right side of the fabric. It is strong and hardwearing and, depending on weight, is ideal for jackets, coats and suits.
