Crochet Amigurumi Toys

Class Length: 3 separate classes of 2 hours each. Plus crochet homework between each class.
Number in Class: 7 maximum
Entry Level: Improving Beginner.  You will need to have completed our 'Start Crochet' class, or similar.  (You will need to know chain stitch, double crochet, and treble crochet stitch)
Materials: Not Included: Students will need to bring hooks and yarn from home or buy from the shop. Please see materials list.

Join us for a fun and creative series of crochet classes as we dive into the world of amigurumi – the Japanese art of crocheting adorable stuffed toys. Over three 2-hour sessions, you’ll build your skills and confidence as you learn:

How to read a crochet pattern
How to create a magic circle – the essential foundation for amigurumi
How to master increases and decreases to shape your toy
How to change colours seamlessly
How to stuff and assemble your project for a polished finish
How to add final stitches to bring your creation to life with facial features

Aimed at improving beginners, this class is an excellent foundation in amigurumi, this class will guide you through the techniques needed to create your own handmade crochet toys. Come along, get hooked, and enjoy the magic of amigurumi! 

All classes are taught from our bright retail premises at Burwash Manor just outside Cambridge, and tea and biscuits are included.

All our classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.  We urge you to carefully check your diary prior to booking to ensure that you can attend.  We also need three students enrolled on the class otherwise it is subject to cancellation.  By purchasing this class you are agreeing to our full class policy.
