Backstitch will be closed for two days over the bank holiday weekend. We will be closed both Good Friday, 03/04/15, and Easter Sunday, 05/04/15, this year. Backstitch will be open on Easter Saturday, 04/04/15, and there is the annual Burwash Manor Easter Egg Hunt on that day which will be stacks of fun, so do come along and enjoy this...

Well our first 'bricks and mortar' birthday party was on Saturday.  We ate cake, drank prosecco and served a whole lot of customers!  What a day!  You guys completely blew us away.  Continue reading →

   We did it!  It was a lot of work but also a whole lot of fun.  On the 6th, 7th and 8th of March, you could find Backstitch not only at our Burwash Manor shop just outside Cambridge, but also two junctions down the M11 at the Imperial War Museum where we had a stand as part of the Duxford Spring Quilt Festival.
